About Formni

A form builder designed around real workflows.

Formni is an online form builder for businesses, professionals and teams that need a simple way to collect structured information and manage responses.

What you can build

Formni supports common workflows such as lead capture, client intake, consultations, bookings, registrations, surveys, feedback and order enquiries. Forms can include conditional logic, calculations, signatures, file uploads and custom styling.

Formni at a glance

Formni is a free-first online form builder. Anyone can open the editor or customise a starter template before signing up; an account is needed to save and publish forms and manage responses. People responding to a public form do not need a Formni account.

Free plan
£0, up to 3 active forms, 100 accessible responses per month and 30-day response history. Published free forms show Formni branding.
Pro plan
£9 per month, up to 20 active forms and 2,000 accessible responses per month, with branding removal and custom-domain options.
Typical workflows
Lead capture, client intake, booking requests, registrations, customer feedback, surveys and quote requests.
Important limitation
Formni is a general-purpose form builder, not a law-firm case-management system, a regulated compliance service or a real-time appointment scheduling system. Teams remain responsible for choosing suitable questions and follow-up procedures.

Why the template library is different

Templates are written around the job the form needs to do, not just the field type. The legal intake template, for example, separates a first-stage enquiry from fuller onboarding; booking request templates make clear that a requested slot still needs confirmation.

Who publishes these resources?

Formni publishes its template library and practical guides under the Formni name. The resources explain how to collect information and organise a response workflow. They do not replace a firm’s professional judgement, regulatory checks or a specialist scheduling system.

Each template has a live preview and an editable question list so you can inspect what it asks before creating a form. A template is a starting point: the person publishing it chooses the questions, submission message and follow-up process.

How Formni publishes guidance

Formni guides focus on practical form structure, question selection and workflow design. Where a guide touches regulated or privacy-sensitive topics, it links to primary sources and makes clear that workflow guidance is not professional advice.

How to report a correction

Use the Formni chat button on this site to report a broken form, unclear template question or guide correction. Include the page address and what needs checking. Do not send confidential case information or respondent data with a general support question.
